My name is Linnea Alma. I have always been interested in the arts and finding ways to express myself creatively. This creative drive paired with being a highly sensitive person, drew me to a spiritual way of living quite young. There was no other choice for me, when I was a young girl with big deep emotions that were all tangled up in a darkness, than to search for myself in any way I could. During this challenging part of my life I tried everything. Classic therapy, astrology, psychic mediums, art therapy, meditation. Anything that could help me find my way back to the light I had within when I was a child. Before the heaviness weighed on my shoulders. Before anxiety and depression took its grip on me.
